A one year warranty is included with your negative ion generator and commences on the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturers defects only and not damage due to misuse or improper care.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Each unit is individually tested and measured in our facilities by a negative ion counter to ensure that each ionbox and ionMi emits up to 20 million negative ions per second and 3 million for each ionFan.
